“The guys called in advance plus when outside. The car they were in was very shabby but the guy I spoke to seemed knowledgable. They took my car Ford Fiesta (Juggernowt) away and were very open as to the return would depend on finding the part needed. Brought her back the same day after calling in advance. Not only had they replaced the heater matrix as requested but also a couple of lamps. They also arranged to have Juggernowt cleaned inside & out which was £20 cash but fair enough. It is the cleanest she has been in years!
Only issue was that he told me she was mis-firing & the engine management light was on when returned. It now means I need to check the plugs & leads - would have been nice if they could have told me that when they called prior to return as I now can't find my plug spanner. But lovely chaps.”

“First up, I was looked after by Atech Autos of Edgeware, who were awesome. I'd just had the car serviced elsewhere, but they couldn't fix a leak. Atech did, and I didn't need to take time off work for it. They come to you when they say they will, do the work they say they will, then return it when they say they will. And for a really good price. It's brilliant! They also cleaned my windscreen of mist caused by the leak, and generally give a fantastic service.

The clickmechanic process is also really easy - you just click what needs doing, they seem to cover any fault, and you get a fixed price in advance. You can specify times that suit you as well, which was important for me. I got to my work with a problem car, then left with it it working again, and no effort involved from me. It's a great idea :)”
