I didn't meet William as he was checking a car for me in Slough (I live in Swansea). As soon as he accepted the job, he replied to my questions within ten minutes of posting them. He did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money by pointing out some massive faults on the car that had been misrepresented by the garage that was selling it. I have read his profile; he has taken on additional training and it is clear that he enjoys what he does and wants to do something. As an ex physics teacher and mechanical engineer, I would have loved to have had someone like him in my classroom.
