William Tobia was the mechanic. Comms: excellent - called to bring the appointment forward when he had the opportunity rather than take the lazy option; Thorough: went through every check item diligently and in detail; Manner & Approach: can't fault WT in this area - he was a gentleman to me (on phone) and also to the seller (in person).

After the appointment WT phoned me and explained the whole report, answered all questions I asked, focusing on areas i highlighted as being important to me.

The car I purchased was fine but the £180 full check was money very well spent. Many thanks William.
