They had great communication and provided enough detail to understand the overall status of the car.

Very knowledgeable, stress tested the car and checked every inch of the car. Advised on what needed to be serviced and even gave tips on buying the car and things to ask dealer. Was more than happy to re-explain things and provide advice on different parts of the car and how to maintain it.
