Will did an excellent job - he communicated very well in the lead up to the review and was flexible with his workload. In terms of the used car review he did a very thorough job - that provided us with a lot of comfort when purchasing the car, he also provided a very comprehensive verbal feedback on the car that we very helpful and answered questions we had to help us with the purchase process.
