I thought this was a great service and very well completed. It was much cheaper than the dealer who advised the work.

Communication has been awful. On pickup day (Saturday), I had to call and chase them because the time window of 8–10am had passed with no update. The mechanic eventually arrived around 10:42am and took my car. I was then quoted £620 for the work needed. Later that day, I had to chase again as they stopped responding. It wasn’t until around 9pm, after I said I would report my car as stolen, that someone finally got back to me. I was told the job had taken longer than expected due to waiting for parts, and that they had closed, so the MOT would be completed the next day. This should have been communicated without me having to chase. My car was returned the following day (Sunday) at around 3pm, and the MOT was completed. The same day, I requested an invoice after receiving a message from ClickMechanic stating I shouldn’t have paid anything directly. It is now Tuesday, two days later, and I still haven’t received an invoice. Overall, I would not recommend this mechanic due to poor communication. I also can’t yet comment fully on the quality of the work. I’ll find out at my next MOT.

First time using Click-Mechanic, do almost all maintenance work myself. It was a great experience, Bogdan was a really polite and capable guy. Kept me well informed throughout the day. Shared what he found throughout the job ensuring awareness and no mis-understanding. Very thorough, would definitely use again.
