I booked a brake shoe replacement for my car on Saturday, expecting it to be a same-day service. However, when they to pick up my car back, I was told the repair wouldn’t be completed until Monday. Since I needed my car the same day, I expressed my concern. The technician then called the manager to see if anything could be done. To my surprise, the manager agreed to get the job done that same day, even though the garage was closing at 1 PM! They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and I was able to get my car back later that afternoon. I’m extremely happy with the service and how they handled the situation

Shoukat was great. I booked him to check out a newly converted 2019 Boxer van, that was many miles from my home. He let the owner know when he was arriving, was polite to them, did a good job checking out the van, sent me photos & a video, pointing out what was correct & what was needing major attention. We had a phone chat after I had looked through his report & was very helpful in making clear what could or couldn't happen a rough price to re-pare, but also pointed out that as it was an on site check, there could be more problems that he couldn't see there & that if he was looking at it for himself, he wouldn't buy it. He did say it was a real shame, as the owners were great people & had done a really good job on the conversion, but it wasn't the best van to have worked on. I suggested to the owners, that maybe they should contact Shoukat in the future, to check out the next van they are looking to convert to sell on, before buying again. Thank you Shoukat.
