Super easy and stress-free! I've used ClickMechanic a couple of times now and from start to end, it was characterised by efficiency and great customer service.
- What are 3 things that stand out about ClickMechanic?
The 3 reasons why I chose ClickMechanic would be trust, good value and convenience.
Trust - when your car needs repairing and you're not particularly competent in the mechanics of a vehicle yourself, you want to be able to trust the people working on your car.
Good value - it's not enough to have trustworthy people working on the car, you also need good value for your money.
Convenience - the option of having your car collected and delivered was a winning point for me. It didn't disturb my working day as I could choose a preferred time and date.
- Would you use ClickMechanic again?
Definitely! I would recommend them - it's great value for the services ClickMechanic offers and they're remarkably efficient at sorting out my car problems!

- How was your experience with ClickMechanic?
I first found out about ClickMechanic when shopping around to get quotes for my annual car service. I'm so glad I stumbled upon the website - it was so much easier than anything else I had used before!
Right from entering my car details and getting a fixed price for the service to the mechanic coming and fixing my car right on my driveway, the whole experience was very seamless. I really liked that I was given a fixed price so I don't ever run into a situation where I have no idea what I'm paying for.
- How was ClickMechanic different from conventional garages?
I'm a mum with three children and convenience is a huge deal for me. The previous garages I used did a decent job but didn't provide the services and flexibility that ClickMechanic provides - such as the collection & delivery service.
Additionally, the fact that most services can be done right on my driveway by trustworthy mechanics and the ability to pick a specific time slot to ensure it's between school runs, makes my life a lot easier!
- Would you use ClickMechanic again?
I've used ClickMechanic on both our family cars on several occasions and will definitely continue to use them for our car repair needs. I do recommend it to my friends, especially to other mums I know.

The first time I used ClickMechanic, I needed my car's engine starter fixed. I couldn't get the car to a garage – I couldn't get it started! – but ClickMechanic could come to me and sort it out.
I was especially reassured by the questions on the website; it gave me an idea of how much it would cost – which was far less than the last time I'd been to a garage!

The main feeling was relief – both that my car was in safe hands, and that it could get fixed in my staff car park! I was so pleased that, with the absolute minimum of effort and cost on my part, my car was fixed.

The website is comprehensive and simple to use, the support staff are on hand to help, and the work gets done quickly and at a very competitive price.

- Why did you choose ClickMechanic?
Most dealers want stupid, stupid money to fix a car that isn't brand new. Where I live, you'd usually have to drive for miles to find a reasonably priced mechanic. And then find your way back again when it's time to collect your car – somehow!
ClickMechanic was ideal; the mechanic could come to us, so I didn't have to travel to the ends of the earth, and it was well-priced.
- How did you find ClickMechanic?
Fantastic. If only it had been around before I retired!
It used to take me half a day to get the car repaired. And sometimes, I'd have to ask the garage to keep it for longer. With ClickMechanic, the car can stay parked wherever it is and, because the mechanic will tell you what time he's coming, you don't need to sit around waiting for him.

Absolutely – it's the first place I'll go when I need work done on my vehicle.

- How was your experience with ClickMechanic?
Convenient! ClickMechanic allowed me to make an appointment online and have a mechanic come to me. I didn't have to take the car anywhere, the mechanic literally did the work outside my front door.
It was a problem-free experience. The mechanic did the job well, and did it in the time I was expecting – that, for me, is the sign of a really good service. What more can you ask?
- How was ClickMechanic different from conventional garages?
You might book your car into a conventional garage to have something small done that shouldn't take more than around half an hour, and not see your car again all day – or longer!
That's something that doesn't happen with the mobile service; your car is only out of operation when the mechanic is working on it.
- What surprised you about ClickMechanic?
I'm amazed at what the mechanic could do by the roadside. I wasn't expecting him to be able to do so much without having the car up on stands!
Otherwise, the service did exactly what it said on the can, so to speak. The prices were set out ahead, so I knew exactly how much I could expect to be charged, and the mechanic turned up, did the job, and left. Perfect!
Simply put, I have now used ClickMechanic twice and I will certainly use ClickMechanic again. It's a good service, and I don't think enough people know about it.

Needed new brake pads and discs on my Qashqai. My quote was advised, which was by far 60% cheaper than the Nissan garage. Received communication to advise who was doing the job, was advised of the pick time, car was picked up as per the time scheduled, I was advised the latest time my car would be due back. Work was completed and car returned within latest time. All done and dusted in under 4 hours. Cannot beat price or customer service. 10/10

I had a great experience with this mechanic. The work was done to a high standard, on time, and exactly as promised. Everything was explained clearly, no unnecessary upselling, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic who takes real pride in their work and treats customers properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be coming back for future work.

Callum arrived 35 minutes late at 15:05. No contact, apology or reason was given. He stated that the service and MOT would take approximately 2 hours. At approximately 17:20 I received an email quote from Callum for additional work(rear brake pads wear worn) I called him to find out that the pads were worn but the car had passed the MOT. At 20:13 I had to call him to find out when my car would be returned. He eventually returned my car at 20:30. Over 5 hours for a service & MOT!! It transpires that the testing station was 30 miles from my home address. When I checked my service history it had not been stamped and despite repeated requests it still has not been done. He did agree to have it done by the end of the week (Friday 16th). This has been appalling service and Callum has been uncommunicative throughout. If Callum is unable to stamp service records he should not be carrying out services. This was escalated to ClickMechanic but nothing has been done!

Arrived an hour into the advised arrival time without any communication. Diagnosed it and left within 10 minutes, so worked out rather expensive. But can't really complain about that I guess. Diagnosed and explained the issue so job was ok. However, very poor communication while trying to book follow up work. Said he would call back and didn't. I sent a text the next day, to which he replied then ignored subsequent messages so I had to find another mechanic to do the work. Wouldn't use again based on poor Comms/reliability.
