Bogdan-Florin was excellent. He arrived on time, was friendly and replaced my timing belt very quickly. He left with advice on keeping an eye on the coolant level after next couple of drives and with a sticker for the service book. Absolutely no problems and I'll be looking to use him again in future.

When I booked Raul to carry out a pre-purchase inspection on a Honda Jazz, he called me straight away to introduce himself and explained that he had already checked the MOT history, which I really appreciated. He took the time to ask whether I had any particular concerns about the vehicle and carefully noted these before attending the inspection. Raul arrived on time and carried out a very thorough and professional examination of the car. After completing the inspection, he spent around 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining his findings clearly and answering all of my questions, which was extremely helpful. He also provided comprehensive photographs and a detailed report, which made it much easier for me to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the purchase. The inspection ultimately highlighted several important issues that would not have been obvious during a normal viewing, and it genuinely helped me avoid making a potentially expensive mistake. I am not a mechanic but he explained everything clearly with pictures so I could go back to the dealer with my concerns/queries. I can completely understand why Raul has so many excellent reviews. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to take the time to explain everything properly were greatly appreciated. If you are considering a used car and want an independent pre-purchase inspection, I would highly recommend booking Raul.

I booked a full service through ClickMechanic with an arrival window of 11am–1pm, but the mechanic didn’t arrive on time and gave no update. I had to call him myself, and he eventually arrived over an hour late after saying he’d forgotten to keep me informed. During the service it became clear he wasn’t aware of the ClickMechanic point maintenance checklist until I raised it and contacted his manager. He also didn’t bring an air filter, which is part of a full service, and said he would have to come back another time. As I wasn’t available, the part was refunded. Overall the experience felt disorganised and unprofessional due to poor communication, arriving late, and not being properly prepared. I wouldn’t recommend this mechanic based on my experience.

Jack was great managed to find the faults and let me know what needing repairing so have booked to do repairs at a later date when they can get the parts

The Scrappers had my car to fit head gasket . They was very polite from the gentleman who picked my car up to the one that dropped it off . Work carried out quickly and would definitely use again . Highly recommend .

Shane has obviously learned his craft as a motor mechanic from the very best of God Father’s. On time with a personable greeting and straight into working mode. Initial interrogation of the cars system and questions about the faults found at the initial breakdown, then straight into action to replace the damaged alternator, a job that my local garage wouldn’t attempt let alone without the aid of a hydraulic lift.
