Patson was very friendly on car collection he explained the work he would be completing the new parts to be fitted and when the car would be returned. When the work was completed he returned the car on time and explain all work had been thoroughly inspected and checked before returning, we also completed a test drive before leaving. I would use click mechanic and Patson again without hesitation.

Terrible experience. To start with, Dylan never attended this booking. He sent someone else that was very late. The window he was supposes to show up in was in between 10:00 and 12:00 and he turned up just after 3PM. By that time, I already stripped off most of the front wheels components including break calipers so he could have a good look at what the problem could be. This should have been done by him not me. He did not touch the car at all. Instead the guess what the problem is and guesses wrong. The break bracket is made out of cast iron and does not bend, it is more likely to break than bend and yet there was nothing bent or broken on the brackets. He spent 5 minutes trying to give me explanations that made no sense at all such at the wheels are the wrong size and other such things. By the way, those are the wheels that my car has on right not aftet it was fixed. Nothing wrong with the wheels. And because the wheels are the wrong size these bent the break brackets (inwardly) and therefore they are grinding against the break rotors, he said. Because he made no sense to me, I had to ask questions to which he did not give a satisfying answer but assured me he knows what he is doing as he's been doing this for 15 years according to him. This came across as a bit arrogant and with superiority. This chap sent by Dylan, came in his personal car with his family (wife and kid(s)) with him this being a clear indication that this was the last job of the day and he had absolutely no intention to spend the necessary time to diagnose the problem correctly. At the end of this useless and costly conversation I asked then to be sent a quotation for the repairs at his suggestion. The quotation came in at just shy of £900, money that they would charge me for this job on top of the ridiculous amount of nearly £80 I was charged for 5 minutes of back and forth conversation with this chap. That is all unnecessary parts and labour I must underline here. It goes without saying that I want my money back in full. The correct diagnosis is completely different and I hope this gets passed down to the chap that was down to see the car so he get's informed. My role is not to educate the so called "professionals", yet here I am doing just that. In reality, what has happened is, I've changed my summer wheels with the winter ones and the front wheels bolts were too long. Nevertheless I screwed these in and they pushed the wheel bearings with the break rotors outward making the rotors grind against the outer side of the break brackets, thus making the car behave as if the breaks were stuck. I have already went through all this loss of time due to this, please refund me asap.

It was all sorted as I expected. Mechanic came on time but I did not get his name. He forgot to bring back my car's service booklet though LoL( I will call the garage tomorrow). I just saw him took my car to the garage near my place for MOT but I did not see him doing the servicing. I guessed he did it in the garage since there were things to fix for my car to pass MOT. Yasar appeared professional and spoke to me before the PPI. I received a follow up call a few hours later, Yasar later explained why there was a delay in call back. Yasar explained what was going on with the car and showed photos which was helpful. I did ask a follow up question but did not get a response to this. I bought the car the as advised the car was mechanically well. Following this I bought the car the next day, only 5-10 minutes after buying and driving the engine light came on. Having to sort this and will have to pay to fix this issue.

Service was All good apart from missing my time slot and they were late picking my car up but got the car back to asap

Brilliant service. Good communication throughout. Garage found a separate problem when they took the car and rang me to inform me, giving me a quote and sorting the problem for me there and then.

Came did the work requested found a caliper had failed. Showed us the failing part got another caliper and fitted straight away. Happy with the service would use again.

Ashley was friendly, within the time window, did the work very quickly. Checked tires too and gave advice on other work that was not essential but could be done.
