- Why did you choose ClickMechanic?
Most dealers want stupid, stupid money to fix a car that isn't brand new. Where I live, you'd usually have to drive for miles to find a reasonably priced mechanic. And then find your way back again when it's time to collect your car – somehow!
ClickMechanic was ideal; the mechanic could come to us, so I didn't have to travel to the ends of the earth, and it was well-priced.

Fantastic. If only it had been around before I retired!
It used to take me half a day to get the car repaired. And sometimes, I'd have to ask the garage to keep it for longer. With ClickMechanic, the car can stay parked wherever it is and, because the mechanic will tell you what time he's coming, you don't need to sit around waiting for him.

Absolutely – it's the first place I'll go when I need work done on my vehicle.

The first time I used ClickMechanic, I needed my car's engine starter fixed. I couldn't get the car to a garage – I couldn't get it started! – but ClickMechanic could come to me and sort it out.
I was especially reassured by the questions on the website; it gave me an idea of how much it would cost – which was far less than the last time I'd been to a garage!

The main feeling was relief – both that my car was in safe hands, and that it could get fixed in my staff car park! I was so pleased that, with the absolute minimum of effort and cost on my part, my car was fixed.

Absolutely – and I have!
The website is comprehensive and simple to use, the support staff are on hand to help, and the work gets done quickly and at a very competitive price.

- How was your experience with ClickMechanic?
Convenient! ClickMechanic allowed me to make an appointment online and have a mechanic come to me. I didn't have to take the car anywhere, the mechanic literally did the work outside my front door.
It was a problem-free experience. The mechanic did the job well, and did it in the time I was expecting – that, for me, is the sign of a really good service. What more can you ask?
- How was ClickMechanic different from conventional garages?
You might book your car into a conventional garage to have something small done that shouldn't take more than around half an hour, and not see your car again all day – or longer!
That's something that doesn't happen with the mobile service; your car is only out of operation when the mechanic is working on it.
- What surprised you about ClickMechanic?
I'm amazed at what the mechanic could do by the roadside. I wasn't expecting him to be able to do so much without having the car up on stands!
Otherwise, the service did exactly what it said on the can, so to speak. The prices were set out ahead, so I knew exactly how much I could expect to be charged, and the mechanic turned up, did the job, and left. Perfect!
Simply put, I have now used ClickMechanic twice and I will certainly use ClickMechanic again. It's a good service, and I don't think enough people know about it.
