Luke was so friendly, communicated everything perfectly, gave me a heads up on a couple of things. I can’t recommend this mechanic enough; he’s so great at his job. I see he also has a passion for what he does, which makes his visit more satisfying.

Haych and the team were excellent. Communication was great throughout the entire process, from picking up the car to discussing necessary repairs and finally dropping it off and providing a final report. I would highly recommend them.

Ben was extremely professional and detailed in his report. He called prior to the inspection to clarify a few things and then called at the end of the inspection for a detailed breakdown of his findings. Razvan was brilliant. So much easier than using a regular garage. It was a big job heater matrix replacement but he did and he had the car returned back same day and in the evening he was above what we needed and even diagnosed another fault I had mentioned. Thank you will definitely use you again and highly recommend

Although the job took a lot longer than quoted the RESQ team did not just stop. They actually went overboard to make sure we got our vehicle back the same day, working into the night despite shop hours having closed.

Arthur was excellent as ever. Collected car for the MOT and completed a service as booked. He went an extra step in finding out why the fan wasn't working consistently too.
