V, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable, only 3 stars for punctuality because he had problems on a previous job, and I know in any engineering type of work the unexpected can happen, the job for me was completed ok on the day, into the dark. This guy is a good worker.

The mechanic was delayed because of traffic, but he called me asap and explained, so it wasn’t a problem. He was courteous and speedy, so I can’t complain. I had 2 dealings with click mechanic and both experiences were fantastic

the mechanic was super friendly and a really nice guy. that said the work carried out was not very good. firstly he was well over and hour late. not a problem cant be helped. he then plugged his diagnostic in my car at this point this is where it went all down hill. the machine could not find my car and after several attempts came back with an all clear signal (for a car it could not recognise) no faults found, when clearly i had called you for a fault in the first place. we both went for a drive and both could feel the car stalling at the first opportunity. clearly there was a problem there. nothing was resolved and to be honest i felt like i had been scammed out of £80. nothing happen nothing changed and i was told to bring the car down to his shop in south London when possible. felt liked i had been mugged off to tell the truth. i will be letting all the associated review sites know how bad this was.

Chris was great , kept me updated throughout my mot, very happy , needed to have some bulbs replaced and he even bought the old ones to show me

Jay was communicative prior to the appointment and arrived as promised. He was very helpful and efficient, sadly the issue could not be totally resolved during the booked visit, though this was beyond Jay's control. A temporary fix was made to get the vehicle back on the road until a permanent repair could be organised.

William ,was very professional , he did the pre_,purchase report very quickly & gave me some extremely useful information. Would definitely use his skills again .highly recommend him & Click Mechanics .

The work was carried out efficiently with attention to detail. The after checks showed a few advisories which were interesting using the OBD. We had a great chat about many things on the car. Being an X military mechanic it was great to chat with someone so knowledgeable.

Ben was friendly and professional, very knowledgable and great at explaining everything. He performed a detailed pre purchase inspection on a car I was seriously considering and his checks revealed lots of hidden problems. Best money I’ve spent in a long time as saved me from buying a car with issues.

Qas picked up my jeep to take to the mechanic, polite friendly smart Kept in contact by tel/text to ask if he could have it powerwashed underneath so that it would enable the mechanic to see where the oil leak under engine was He quoted me £50 for the wash. Then later I spoke with the mechanic, he told me he would need to drop the axle to change the engine sump and it will cost £750 minimum? I hope this is true and classed as a good price? To cure the heavy engine oil leak which I have previously been told was a gasket between the gearbox and crankshaft?

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Joseph who replaced my intercooler. He was very professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. Booked front and rear brake pads to be replaced online via ClickMechanic. I booked at 10am, and by 11am they had already confirmed the job and given me a call. The car was then collected at 12 noon. During the work I received a video showing what had been done, along with some advice on further work that may be needed in the future. There was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the extra work — it was simply helpful advice, which I really appreciated. The car was delivered back to me before the school run, which was fantastic service. Honestly, you don’t even get that level of service from BMW! Huge thanks to mechanic John and the gentleman who booked it in. Impeccable service — I will definitely recommend and will be back to have the discs done.
