I booked a pre-purchase car inspection. The mechanic Michal arrived at the agreed time slot and I received the report still within the time slot. I appreciated that Michal phoned me to see whether I wanted to discuss the report. This was what made it OUTSTANDING. He was professional, friendly and patient even when I phoned him back again. I wish I could have him as a regular mechanic.
