Michal was great. Arrived on time and was straight onto the job. The faults were quickly identified and rectified. He was very personable and knowledgeable, very professional service and would highly recommend. I did throw him a curved ball when I said my radio was not working but he was honest enough to say that was not his speciality and couldn't help me. Fair play to him.

This is my first time using ClickMechanic or in fact any online car service website and I have to say, at the moment I am very impressed. Michal arrived spot on time, the initial quote was that the inspection would take up to 0.9 hours and that's pretty much how long he spent here. He fully investigated the problem, even taking the car out for a test drive so that his diagnostic equipment could collect enough data about my car's problem. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote of how much it will cost to repair, and I have already made a booking for him to return and hopefully get my car fixed at a much lower price than a dealership would charged.
