Bob couldn’t help and I don't know why he didn’t know what to suggest, tried to convince to look around the local garages. This appointment was pointless.

Ben, was awesome, turned up on time and was very polite and friendly, he explained everything he was going to do, he showed me the parts that had been changed and give me an overview as to the condition of my car and pointed out some minor things to keep an eye on for the future.
