Ben was absolutely brilliant. He was very accommodating, careful and diligent. The work he did was outstanding and he was very careful not to make a mess on the driveway. If we need a mechanic again when we are in Kent, we hope it will be him again.

The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained what the diagnostic check on my car showed and said he would pass this information to Ben. I said I would like the work needed to be done and would wait to hear from Ben.
I have had no feedback since then and am now wondering what I should do as I want to make sure that my car is safe to drive.
