Ben- Did what he had to do to car the car running! Battery coded to to the car, General check on new Battery and alternator/ starter motor

Ben was great, very friendly, great communication, offered further advise, never used this service before but Ben made it easy, convenient and stress free would 100% book again and recommend to others!

I discussed with Ben , the first thing , rear wheels. He replied " o mate , we don't need to lift the car from the rear side as it's not the part of the service". I did not argue and came back home to check the major service points. I have now received the report from click mechanics that tells , rear wheels were checked , I am doubtful, if rear side was not lifted up how's it possible it was checked ?

Mechanic came on time and at short notice and analysed the problem correctly. What was disappointing with the call, was having a mechanic allocated who said he could then carry out the repair when on the call but later said they couldn’t. I had described the problems clearly and it’s disappointing that the job was allocated to a mechanic who was not willing or able to carry out the repair. This left us high and dry needing to find an alternative which we did. Won’t be using Click mechanic again

Fantastic work done and extra work (I needed discs replaced as well as brake shoes) was quickly diagnosed and the quote was updated on click mechanic. Really positive experience. Thank you.
