Ben was superb, what was meant to a small simple job turned into something much bigger through no fault of Ben. He kept me informed all the way through and I feel he went above and beyond to solve the issue. I would definitely use him again and thoroughly recommend him 11/10

First time using using Click Mechanic. Car battery needed replacing on RR Sport. Local garages swamped and battery not holding enough power.
Ben arrived on time friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Battery replaced, diagnostics run ..really happy with how easy it went and to get my car back. This service would suit me better in the future then arranging getting to a garage and booking a curtesy car which can be few weeks to wait. Great!

Undertook a full diagnostic of the Skoda Fabia.
Unfortunately it was determined that the fault conbined with the age of the car (19 years) would make repairs economically unviable.
