Ben was brilliant he did the required job perfectly and free a seize caliper which save alot of time for me.

This is the second job I’ve had done on my car with Swan services and would recommend them. Arrived in the time frame, explained everything and showed me what was going on, and discussed and further work that might need doing.

Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable I originally only asked for break pads and he phoned and asked if I needed disks I said I don’t think so but he brought some anyway and luckily he did as my car would not of passed it’s MOT with out them. Very quick service and I will be recommending to every one. So handy for them to come and do it at your house so it’s ready to drive away as soon as finished.

We are happy with the work brakes a little squeaky , Ben was waiting for parts so didn't meet his target arrival time slot but he did ring to let us know what was going on
Some retaining clip was broken so in order that we could have the work completed on Friday my son drove to sittingboune to collect the required parts so Ben could continue to install the new pads.

Ben was great at his job. He called me before coming and got the job done. He explained to my satisfaction what the problem is and why it should be fixed.
