Unfortunately Aqil did not fix the fault. Subsequently the fault was traced upstream with the help of Google, but Aqil's fix eliminated one possible cause so it was not wasted effort.

Great experience with both ClickMechanic and the mechanic himself, Aqil! Friendly, with great comms and all seems to be as it should with the timing belt replacement service.

Aqil from BHP motors was excellent a through full service was completed on my car. I am very happy with the service given. It also at a very reasonable price which is a bonus.

Aqil was fantastic start to finish. Work was very well done. I was kept up to date through the whole process and even received pictures of the problems. I had to travel the following day and Aqil made sure it was all done by Thursday evening ready for me.to leave Friday morning. My hot sweatbox of a car had a leaking ac compressor and condenser was suddenly a lovely cool ride. I actually had to turn the ac down a few times as we got too cold on the drive in 33 degrees heat. Would hesitate to use Aqil again. Car was collected, repaired and returned same day. Cannot fail the service.

Aqil was excellent at communicating with me with the problems I had was willing to answer any questions I had and everything was very professional.

Aqil was very easy to deal with. Responded to my enquiry and arrived on time to pick car up. Discussed a/c repair options and went ahead with condenser replacement. Car delivered back the next day and so far the a/c is working well, so very pleased. Price was at least £100 cheaper than other quotes.

I am very pleased with the work done by Aqil - he was really conscientious and did a great job repairing my car. I am delighted.

Had my timing belt and water pump changed but water was used instead of proper coolant which was supposed to be part of the package. Brought it back to the shop but swore that they used coolant but it was obvious that it's water and also had another shop confirm this. Was expecting them to change it at no cost but was charging me to have it done. Was supposed to be a simple back job but was dishonest and even asked to charge me was just bad customer service. Lesson learned and won't be a customer anymore.
