Clearly tried to do me out of money knew nothing about turbos
Didn’t even inspect it Probably just eye balled it when you pay £90 for a inspection of the turbo you expect a few bolts to be turned to actually see what’s going on with it not just open the bonnet oh yeah it’s not working whole lot needs to be replaced aload of rubbish

We are sorry to hear you wasn’t happy with the diagnostic that was carried out. The technician that came out to see you was a qualified mechanic and checked the car over before letting you know what the potential issue may be. We did not find it necessary to ‘turn a few bolts’ in order to tell you the actuator is faulty and upon checking with main dealer confirmed you cannot get the part separately so that is what we diagnosed and quoted you for repairs.
