Aqhil was friendly and communicated well. They picked up the car in the morning around 1030 and I was aware this job would take a couple of hours. I called Akhil around 1700 to enquire the status and was informed the car was still on the ramp and will be done in the evening. I called Akhil around 2130 and at this point he was apologetic and informed me that they were very busy but they would be completing the works in 45 minutes. I called Akhil around 2300 and at this point they were outside my house.

I don’t dispute the workmanship or the value for money they are providing for such a big job. The only thing I believe would be an improvement is their communication, apart from that I would definitely use these guys again through this portal. Read more

Great service - car was picked up on time and returned promptly fitting into my working day. So much easier - and cheaper - than going to the BMW dealership.

The inspection was done excellent. In the end I received a comprehensive report, bought a car and happy with the purchase.

Felt a bit weird 3 guys showing up in a black BMW one pops out takes my car drives away, I did wonder if my car would return. Hahahhaa

But it was brought back a scootch late but I also did not communicate I finish work at 4. So not really their bad.

Car came back cleaner and brakes working perfectly. I think they corrected my timing as well which was nice of them.

Overall highly rate it was also cheaper than handing it to my neighbour at work.

Also convenient that I did not have to go to the garage myself.

Overall 10/10 service I would say.
