Aqil was very polite and punctual. Picked the car up on a Friday evening and returned it the next day all sorted. Kept me informed throughout the process. Would recommend.

All good, except for punctuality, as I had to wait an hour longer than expected for the car to return.
I received an explanation, but it needs to be rectified longer term.
