The mechanic was very polite, helpful and impressively knowledgeable. He found the fault that I had been told was there and quickly found another problem that had been bothering me. Although the car had been through an MOT, had not been picked up before.

Asif was great - excellent communication and explanation of problem with car. Now have a quote to get it fixed. Even better was an unknown that through our membership with the AA that we were able to get a hire car whilst our vehicle is being fixed.

The whole process was smooth, if a little delayed. Mechanic was amiable and discussed how the work went. I was not party to the process of work carried out and must assume all was done as detailed by him. As the work is guaranteed I’m satisfied that any issues in the future will be resolved.
