Or mechanic was courteous and seemed to have done a really good job but we've still got a problem with the car related to a leaking coolant reservoir - this emerged yesterday, 4 days after the job was done. I've tried to get in touch with the local firm who installed the new water pump but haven't been able to do so - can't get through on the various mobile phone numbers they contacted me on.
