Timings of pick up and drop off of car needs some grace, but then theres no hassles and time spent to drop at off and pick up the vehicle, just factor this into your timings

Really grateful for the communication. There was more to be done on the car than I had realised, but they talked me through each issue they encountered, without any pressure to ask them to complete the additional work.
They were polite, very helpful and collected and returned the car from my drive which was super helpful!
