I was very disappointed as I had paid for the work to be from 10.00 to 12.00 . I heard nothing until 12.06 when I received a message to say he would be with me in an hour. He actually arrived at 13.55 nearly 2 hours late. The work was completed just under an hour later.

Vladut Ioan was very friendly and I am very happy with the work he carried out.

Vlad, and this service saved my bacon. My engine light came on at 7 pm Friday night, I had Vlad booked in by 9pm for 8-10 the next day. My issue was resolved fast and efficiently by 11am. Great communication and service, thank you very much.

But ClickMechanic didn’t mention he was a mobile mechanic
I didn’t have any other option but let him carry out the job as it was booked and paid for already. Your Company should mention this before they send out mechanics. I’m not allowed to do a service in a car park where other residents use!!
