Paulo collected and returned my car within the applicable timescale. He was helpful and I was confident I had made the right decision. Subsequently though it became obvious the repair had not been successful. He has since offered to collect and do a full inspection on the car.

Paulo carried out the pressure test and checked for coolant leaks thoroughly. Although everything was OK he took photos and showed me evidence of some leaking which was happening at high temperature.
