Paulo was prompt, courteous and clearly has the required skills to carry out the job in hand.
The works (replacement window regulator) were carried out within the expected time frame and the electric window is now working correctly. There was a small issue with the airbag warning light after, but on reporting this it was quickly resolved by Paulo.
