Ashley came out to check a squeaking wheel on my car. I originally thought the brake discs and other parts were damaged and had even paid a deposit expecting a bigger repair.

When Ashley arrived, he was on time, polite, and professional. After inspecting the car, he told me honestly that the discs were fine and did not need replacing. Instead of doing unnecessary work, he cleaned and adjusted the pins, which fixed the issue.

I had also asked him to bring a replacement part just in case. He took the time to source it, but when we realized it was not needed, he returned it. His honesty saved me at least $400.
