Ashley was great - he updated by txt on expected arrival time and arrived punctually, I explained what I felt the issue was ( it could well have been more serious than I thought) and he took the time to diagnose the issue before replacing parts. The work was done quickly and he took the time to put my mind at rest about the repair which I appreciated as I needed the car to make long distance hospital visits to a very sick family member and was worried about breaking down. All in all an excellent experience.

Ashley was friendly, reliable and kept us informed. He changed the alternator very quickly. Very happy! Would definitely recommend this mechanic for any works needed.
