James arrived at 8am very polite, he explained what was going to happen and t if any issues arise he would call me.

The guy was on time, called to check first and confirm the car location. He was very polite. He didn't tell me off for tinkering around with the car myself. At one point i thought he was going give up getting my car started but we gave it one more try and it worked. He left me with some advice on what to do next with my car. I'd happily use him again
