Once again, Nikolay excelled. The job presented a number of logistical difficulties, but he overcame them all and completed a very professional job, and considering how cold, wet and miserable it was out there, did so with remarkable good humour. My car is now completely repaired and we are delighted to have it back in fully working order. As ever, Nikolay was the epitome of good manners, empathy and high professionalism and, if you know it's him that's in charge of repairing your car, you really can relax knowing that if anyone can fix it, Nick can.
