He was late but he contacted me to tell me why and gave me his ETA which was very good.
The really important bit was that he sorted out my poorly car and got me back on the road in about 15 minutes!

The job presented a number of logistical difficulties, but he overcame them all and completed a very professional job, and considering how cold, wet and miserable it was out there, did so with remarkable good humour.
