Nikolay was amazing. He was punctual and did his job perfectly in a very short amount of time. Clickmechanic however has double charged me and hasn't replied to any of my complaints or emails through their site. The mechanics deserve better.

He was late but he contacted me to tell me why and gave me his ETA which was very good.
