Nick was punctual and efficient and helpful and clean. His work appears to be fine but very disappointed that the mechanic was unable to update the electronic service history on my (BMW) car. I've just paid for a major service but the service history does not display this :( .... I am informed that this is due to a lack of the correct equipment to update this.

Nick is a legend! For about a year my beloved 22 year old BMW V8 was suffering from a problem of randomly losing power and going into limp home made. Eventually, it would not start at all and that's when I eventually asked for Nick's help.

From the very first time when he came to my house he was so friendly, professional and kind. He is open about every question you ask him about your car and he is also happy to teach you a few things about it if you want to learn. I have learnt so much about my car, and cars in general, because of the time I've spent with Nick trying to understand what was wrong with my car.

We eventually found out that water had entered into the engine computer, which explained the erratic error codes the car was giving us back when being scanned. Basically, the engine computer was not receiving vital information from some of the sensors e.g. crankshaft position sensor because some of the cables were soaked with water, including the engine computer.

Nick cleaned the water and then sent the engine computer to a wizard who specialises in saving damaged car engine computers. The guy repaired it and I was eventually back on the road. He then sealed the engine computer cover which had allowed water to leak into the engine. Nick is always very aware of how much things are costing the customer and he will always try to buy original parts for critical components but, he won't shy away from buying aftermarket parts for components that are not critical.
