My mechanic was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. Although he couldn’t complete the repair at my house due to the weather, he invited me to bring the car to the garage, kindly gave me a lift home, and even picked me up when the job was done so I could collect it. The repair was completed exactly as promised and right on time. Fantastic service - thank you so much! I’d highly recommend.

We were given a time between 8 and 10 we got a phone after 10 say they are just setting off and will be there in 10 mins. 20 mins later they turned up and it was a different number that rang us to say they had arrived. We could barley understand him. He tried to jump start a large car off a small car and struggled with our jump leads, giving them back saying they are useless. Barley spoke to us. When he did speak he was very rude.

The mechanic was friendly and kept me updated through the repairs. However, the repair took twice as long as expected and there is still an issue with changing gear. The clutch itself works well but the pedal is almost unusable. It frequently sticks at the bottom and I have to try and gauge where to hold the pedal so it allows the change of gear without crunching the gears or the pedal sticking. If I was an inexperienced driver I could well have had a crash in the last week as it has frequently stuck whilst trying to change gear. I was assured the stickiness of the pedal would wear off after a few days use but, if anything, it has got worse.

If everything was done I'm happy but was only here about 20 mins seems to have checked alot of things on the report in a short time

First time user of ClickMechanic - I was very sceptical as the prices quoted for a new clutch were substantially less than my local garages. The mechanic collected the car on time and updated me with video footage of the progress and a couple of issues found during the work. All work done well, and very happy with our old car getting a new clutch!
