Mechanic did not know to tell me what type of oil he put in the engine of my car.
This is minimum what must know to tell me.
He said that he just got the oil - from whom and put it in the car.
For 190 GBP service should be better and I 'll never take it this way again.

I had booked in my Peugoet 208 at Bramley Garages for a clutch repair via Clickmechanic. This was the first time using this service so I didn’t know what to expect. Having collected my car yesterday I could not have asked for a better service and this exceeded my expectations on all levels. The car drives like new and the clutch feels just right.

The process was straight forward and Fakhar had offered to collect my car from my address, instead I dropped it off and he dropped me off at the train station (a very helpful service). Throughout the works I had received regular WhatsApp updates (videos) on the progress of the clutch repair / other works I needed to pass its MOT. These were useful and the first time I had received updates from a mechanic.
Another positive which I am grateful for is that I felt Fakhar had gone out of his way to get the car repaired and retuned to me as quickly as possible. I am grateful for this and it minimised any disruption to me.
Timescales wise I booked my car in on the Sunday with Clickmechanic, dropped off the car on the Tuesday evening and had the works were completed by the Friday afternoon - I could not ask for a better service or the works to be completed any quicker. From a cost perspective all of the works were very fairly priced and I don’t think you will get a much better price from a mechanic of this level. I’m questioning the full service carried out on my vehicle for the simple fact that i still have warning signals on my dashboard. I pay a considerable amount of money to get the light bulbs fixed but it looks like this wasn’t done
