Appointment booked for 1-3pm but arrived at 4:15, only called to let me know after I complained. Was here for 10 minutes to diagnose the problem so I think £60 is well over priced. Said they would quote me for the work needed but did not bother. It says the quote for the work following a diagnostic is included. I did see a review from someone else saying the same thing. I have found another mechanic new who will complete the work for a new wet belt.

Amazing service from start to finish. Stephen was so friendly, explained everything to me and gave updates throughout - he even took photos to show me. The work that needed doing was completed for me straight away and my car was dropped back home afterwards.
