I don't have a problem with the mechanics, they did what they could. 'ClickMechanic' quoted me for the replacement of four glow plugs on my Transit. They were unable to do so due to three plugs being seized, this isn't their fault and I don't blame them, but as far as I am concerned I have not received the service I was quoted for. It is 'ClickMechanic' that quoted me a specific price for a specific job, not the mechanics. As such my issue is with 'ClickMechanic'. 'ClickMechanic' should make it very clear in their online site that any problems arising form works done by the companies they use 'ClickMechanic' accept no responsibility. My conclusion is that 'ClickMechanic' are at fault.

Daniel arrived early and completed the job in around 2 hours as anticipated. He told me how the repair went and explained that one of the sensors could not be fitted because of a previous repair which had not been done properly. He offered me the brand new, packaged sensor, but I was not concerned about it not being there so told him that I did not want it. He was friendly, reliable, nowledgeable and punctual, and he completed the repair within the alloted timeframe.
