Imran was amazing... thank you. His inspection of proposed new used car gave me 'peace of mind' and reassurance. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. . It was worth money/paid for inspection, knowing I was buying a good car. Imran was very thorough and identified a couple of minor issues, talked me through them and which the Car Dealer rectified prior to collection., he's made it stress free for me. Late for collection, delayed delivery 5 days longer than originally stated, poor communication with regard to the problems for the delay. Looking at the service report it states the battery was checked correctly however, 7 days after receiving the car the battery failed leading also to failiure to the Footwell Light Control module (FRM3) No service stamp in the book and no copy of the MOT certificate despite asking them to send me a copy in the post. Won't be using Click Mechanic again they totally let me down.

I was a bit sceptical about having my car collected by a garage I haven't used before. Well I can definitely say I'll be using this garage to do all repairs from now on. The lady on the phone is a credit to the company as is the driver who collected my car and the mechanic who repaired and returned it.

Ion was a fantastic mechanic and managed to complete the job in the terrible weather we had and completed the job even though it took longer than usual. He admitted to a slight damage to a bolt that I wouldn't of known about it until I next looked under the bonnet so very honest, am extremely happy with the work he carried out on the car
