Saturday a stormy winter weekend in the morning, while nobody wants to come come out bed. Mr Shane knocked my door to replace my broken clutch on the 15 years old 107 Peugeot. He has a very nice kind of personality started the job . Then you can easily understand his knowledge about the job he's doing. In that stormy weather he finished the job without any problem. After he checked everything then sit next to me to test drive. Everything was OK so much better than expected. Didn't needed tow the car to a garage All done by himself on my driveway. I am so happy , I thank him very much. He saved me from many trouble in a winter day specifically if you relaying on a one car and leaving in a remote area. Thank you very much for Mechanic's provided me a person like Mr Shane.

KNCUSTOMS were brilliant. I had to reschedule at very short notice after we had to rush to hospital because my wife went into labour much earlier than expected. I messaged them via the portal to let them know not to come for the car that morning, and they rearranged for another day without any hesitation — they were fantastic. On the day of the service, the car was collected in the morning exactly when agreed, and it was returned later the same day. They kept me updated throughout with regular communication, so I always knew what was happening. Excellent service all round, and I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with this mechanic. He clearly knows what he’s doing and showed strong knowledge throughout the repair process. Although the repair was delayed due to a few minor issues, I really appreciated how professionally he handled the situation. He was honest, communicative, and even made me an offer to make up for the delay, which I was very happy with. Overall, great work, great attitude, and excellent customer service. Daniel is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had the late appointment issue due to the accident on the way to my location where had no mobile signal. But they managed to turn up late in the dark and rain. He was sincerely apologise for their late and promised they will get my car done as quick as possible even in the dark evening. I accepted their apologies and understood there is nothing they can control. They did their job fast and promptly. Unfortunately there is another issue about the supplier have sent them the wrong size break disc. They had to come back to my place next day from far after they exchanged the correct break disc in the early morning. Finally they have completed the job and I was happy about the outcome. Thank you Dan for your hard working and very polite attitude. I would recommend your job indeed.
