Marco was brilliant from start to finish. He called me as soon as I had booked the appointment to talk through what I needed to be done and confirm the appointment time. He arrived early (having asked first if that was ok) and once the work was finished, talked me through everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly mechanic.

Ashley came out to check a squeaking wheel on my car. I originally thought the brake discs and other parts were damaged and had even paid a deposit expecting a bigger repair. When Ashley arrived, he was on time, polite, and professional. After inspecting the car, he told me honestly that the discs were fine and did not need replacing. Instead of doing unnecessary work, he cleaned and adjusted the pins, which fixed the issue. I had also asked him to bring a replacement part just in case. He took the time to source it, but when we realized it was not needed, he returned it. His honesty saved me at least $400. I truly appreciate his integrity and professionalism and feel lucky he handled the repair.

Mark was great. My car failed the MOT and it was hard to get into a garage. I then came across clickMechanic. Mark worked quickly and efficiently to do the front shock absorbers. Lovely man, will definately use again

Mechanic was friendly and communicated everything clearly. On the day of pick up there was a delay, but i was kept upto date. Had to return the vehicle following day. A rattling noise had developed. Reported it to mechanic, took car in and everything was checked over. Cause found and rectified, unrelated to work carried out. Overall, very pleased with service given. Would recommend.
