The job was simple and quickly done, however he did not turn up at the scheduled time arriving more than 8 hours after the close of the slot booked. Communication was very poor and he made several promises during the day, none of which were kept.

I have never used a mobile mechanic service before. I have to say I was very, very impressed. The process is very easy, competitively priced, and very good communications throughout. Mechanic turned up on time and was very professional throughout the repair. Mechanic (Karl) was a very competent mechanic, agreed with my self-diagnostics (flat battery) and proceeded to replace the same quickly. This is where Karl went above and beyond and advised my old battery (which was less than 3 years old) was the wrong size for my car (I will take that up with a national high street chain in due course – you just can’t rely on them). Also advised my alternator was working absolutely fine and charging normally and at my next car service to get one of my two alternator belts checked out. All in all yes a very good service, reasonably priced especially if your car is totally immobile and cannot be driven to a local garage. Well done. I will recommend this service to my family, friends and neighbours.

William was absolutely fantastic when he did a pre-purchase car inspection for me - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His communication beforehand was great and he explained in some detail what was right for me for a truck inspection. He was punctual to the dealers, and incredibly thorough in his inspection, identifying something important that had been overlooked by others, as well as a few smaller details for rectification. At the same time though, he didn't overstate niggles - often a problem with pre-purchase inspections from the big names, where they list every speck of questionable dust to justify the inspection, but as a result put the fear of God into you about whether you should buy or not! William, to the contrary, was clear, calm and straightforward in his advice. Afterwards, during the phone call, he didn't just walk me through the issues, but reassured me on his confidence in the sellers, and provided an absolute wealth of advice on what I should be doing to keep the truck running in the future. The work carried out I can’t fault and Rushanes efforts in dreadful weather again can’t be faulted. My only grumbles are mainly communication I had to keep chasing as no information was forthcoming and the fact I needed my van for work caused an issue. Rushane did explain he was waiting on an item but again I had to chase. Trusted his work but I wouldn’t use again purely on communication grounds.

Very quick oil and filter change guy was very straight forward and professional. Came way cheaper than other car garages and didn’t have to waste time for travel to the garage . Highly recommended
