No mechanic turned up, a driver without tools instead tried to’recover’ my vehicle I specifically booked a Mobile Mechanic because I know the problems associated with the particular model of 5 series when a faulty starter motor drains the battery. To compound this,I was then charged. Cancellation fee despite never having received the service I ordered. The absolute cheek. Cannot recommended. Avoid
