Arrived late impacting my plans. Wasn’t very clear at communicating what the issue was

Nathaniel was very good, very detailed and patient to take my questions and explained things in details, totally worth it as he made sure the car i was purchasing met specifications.

I booked Matt for a “Car Won’t Start Inspection” and was extremely disappointed with the service. No proper diagnostic inspection was carried out, and no clear fault-finding or testing was done to justify the charge. Simply turning up does not equal completing an inspection, and I was left without a meaningful diagnosis or solution. For a paid diagnostic service, I expected actual investigation and professional feedback, neither of which I received. I would not use this mechanic again based on this experience.

Day couldn’t have gone better early first appointment told me what the consequences were of removing and fitting glow plugs. And assured me that he would do his level best for a positive outcome. All done in 30 minutes no incident perfect Thanks
