Fantastic service. Despite me booking my car in for the wrong part to be replaced, this wasn't a problem for Harris, who ordered the correct part, fitted it the next day and had the car returned to me that night. Difficult to find a good mechanic but I can say I've now found my new mechanic. 5 star service.

No problems, very knowledgeable, would recommend Tim if asked . Explained what was happening, raised any problems that had occurred. Gave us a quote there and then.

The only thing i was disappointed with is the time keeping (understand things can go wrong but thought i was the first job being 8-10) but once they got here was quick and reliable. Done a good job.

This was Redburn MOT and Service Centre, Blyth. I was phoned by the garage before the car was collected and it was explained that the cost might be higher if they had to do any work outside of the repair for which they were engaged. I said that I assumed that would be the case. The car was then collected on a low loader by a very helpful gentleman. The work took the amount of time I expected and I kept in touch by phone to see how things were progressing and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. The car was subsequently returned on the low loader as arranged. All I can say is that from my point of view, things could not have gone any better. There were some additional costs but these were not substantial and I was happy with the additional work carried out as it was clearly necessary.
