Darren was great. I had an early morning appt and he gave me a call 15 mins before his arrival which I greatly appreciated. We had time for a quick chat and checked a few things before he left to take my car for a service and MOT. Very pleased with the whole appointment.

Haseeb provided an excellent service. Communication prior and during the repair was spot on. Collection of my car was punctual and I was shown a video of what the problem was on when it was delivered back from one of his colleagues. I was contacted during the repair to discuss a separate issue to the one the booking was for and they were able to get the part and resolve it promptly. A bargain for a fantastic service. Highly recommend and would use again!

Hussain was great, explained everything from taking my car, to bringing it back . He phoned me during the day , about work needed , came back with costs . So I knew exactly what was happening .

Charlie was on time. Ensured car came back on time. Kept me updated throughout. Explained some issues that arose and why. No pressure into fixing them or doing work without speaking to me first. Tyson was really great - friendly, professional, and clearly capable. He responded quickly to my message when I made the booking; phoned ahead on the day to let me know when he would be arriving; and got on with the job when he got here. When he discovered that he'd been given the wrong parts, he handled it calmly and efficiently, sourced the right parts locally, drove out to collect them, and completed the job without fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Nice mechanician and knowledgable. However quoting for inspection isn't something that I expected. I need to find someone who can solve the problem without charging 100 pound extra to say yes or no.
