Very good was Scott, he tried everything possible to fix the problem and did a little but can’t fault him in any way, very clear with his approach, shame he couldn’t fix it but again very good of him to keep trying.

The mechanic was both friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He answered all questions as required. He did not carry out any work as it was not possible once the problem had been established and required further input from head office.

The mechanics seem to have been struggling with your system. You sent the wrong part inspire.of having.all the information needed to identify the right one. That said, they were slow to realise it was.wrong,.and slow to source the right piece. They didn't communicate the problems in a timely way. However, I principally blame.click mechanic for setting up this failing system, and providing no way to contact.you directly to try to resolve problems.
