Ed was great throughout the whole process and I highly recommend him. I originally bought the standard service and he recommended I upgrade to include the diagnostics and I was glad I did in the end as it led to me finding out issues with the car that I wouldn’t have found out about otherwise.

Ruben was both knowledgeable and helpful, told me what he was doing while he done it and pinpointed the problem . Nice polite cheerful fella .

Derek was AMAZING. He contacted me the night before the pre purchase inspection to introduce himself. It was all done remotely as the van I was looking to buy. The van was terrible and I am so glad I booked this company. Derek was so kind and professional throughout. He could tell I was upset with the outcome but that is the reason I wanted it doing. Its value for money this service to save the stress of using all my money on a van that is just scrap metal. Thank you so much x

We. Have used Houssan for several years now for repairs, servicing and MoT. We are very happy with the service we require. He takes the car to his employer's workshop and works on it out of his working hours. Once you know him, he will send a link for a quotation with him being the mechanic.

My car was collected for a Major service and MOT by A1 team. The team did collect late and would have been nice if they gave a little heads up.. either way, the work and evidence of work completed was super clear and detailed via pictures supplied. Interesting how previous work was not completed or carried out fully which was an eye opener. Thank you A1 for a good turn around and feedback back.. I would recommend to anyone to use them.
