Time slot arranged was 8-10. At 9.55 he called to say running late. Arrived about 20 mins later and got straight on with it. Work carried out to good standard and everything left working. Overall pleased.

Very friendly individual, communicated well, explained what would be done and even test drove the vehicle afterwards so that he was also happy with the work, and everything worked perfectly.
