Ian was thorough in looking at my car. He was requested to check an error message and made sure my car was safe before finishing up

The workers carried out very professionally ad the young man who collected and returned my car was very polite. However, I did question why, after having both rear discs and pads renewed by Damian from Click Mechanic, Idree charged twice as much for replacing same on the front. I will be thinking twice before using Click Mechanic in future if the individual mechanics charge differently.

Really friendly and helpful, provided a pre sales report that was clear, concise and gave me really helpful feedback and advice. He was running late due to vehicle issues of his own unfortunately - it happens to all of us, but he contacted me to let me know when he could get there. He also gave me a call after sending the report which was great, he explained in detail, very knowledgeable.
