Did a really good job. Car has no problems yet and they cane on time as requested and did the work quickly. Did a thorough inspection and sent me a report quick.

I don't know, I wanted the work done at my property, I answered your questions and specified I did not want the car removed. The mechanic accepted the booking and then said that he would have to recover the car without looking at the car or the property and therefore he could not do what I requested in that I wanted the rear coils changed on the car at my house, so the job was cancelled but you charge me the Cancellation fee, even though he accepted a booking that he couldn't do. Thanks for the support.

I opted to have my car collected from my home (an MOT and service). Throughout Jamie was communicative and polite. I was called after the service and had everything explained to me about what was done and about any advisories. Jamie was very helpful. I had one MOT fault on the car (a faulty bulb) and I was charged just £2 extra to have that sorted out. Most garages would see this as an opportunity to make some extra money but not so with J Brett Autos. I definitely recommend them.

Did a great job, and was all done next day. Took the car to his garage and put it on the ramp so got clear imagers of the underneath which was important as the car was only 18mths old but was a CAT S (I had the photos of the damage so new where to ask him to take very careful look). Said the car drives perfectly and the repair done well - & it does.

My mechanic was so helpful, he talked me through each step of what he was doing and if he found any other problems he let me know straight away

Simon did a great job, replaced my damaged mount & shock absorber. Arrived when he said he would, carried out the work efficiently, got me back on the road for the school run

He couldn't make the original appointment time, turned upto diagnose a steering fluid leak but didn't bring any steering fluid so had to go and get some. Said the part couldn't be got through mercedes and he would be in touch with the quote. Didn't hear back from him so chased on clickmechnic and a text butchers didn't respond.

The work was good but communication was abit of a let down. Tha acctual fault was found more by accident.
