Luke arranged to visit between 3-5pm but called around noon to say he had a cancellation and was able to come sooner as in our area, he arrived, confirmed issue with battery, changed it in no time , was polite and courteous and explained in detail what he’d done , would certainly recommend him based on this visit…

As this was my well looked after Jaguar XF, full Jaguar service history, my son bought this off me when i bought a new one. After about 4 months he noticed that it started to sound like a tractor when staring from cold, so he took it to Jaguar who told him it was the timing chain. (82,000 on the clock). As he didn't want to spend the £4000+ that Jaguar wanted, i found you guys and the price was affordable. Since it has been done though, it has made no difference to the starting though runs well when warm. He is taking it back to Jaguar for a diagnostic check to see what the problem is. What do i do if they tell him if it's the timing chain again ? Just waiting on him having time to take the car back to Jaguar.

no work was carried out apart from a ridiculous charge for quick look to my car. A lot of made up issues have been reported by the mechanic which didn't convince me so I personally inspected the car after he left only to find out that the only real problem was a pipe leaking coolant that I mentioned when I wasted my money booking for this useless service.

Fabulous job - so easy to work with. Turn up on time, cracked on with the job and just let me know when it was done. Showed me the part of the bonnet release that had broken. I had only asked (and paid) for the bonnet release cable to be replaced but he also gave the car a jump start (dead battery) and walked around it with me giving it the once over. Great!

Michael arrived well within The time slot. Due initially having the wrong part he communicated with me and went to retrieve the right part. Job was done efficiently. Michael was polite, friendly and got on with the job

Adam was fantastic - he was on time, communication was great, and he was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the issue with my car, and carried out checks to make sure it definitely needed a new battery, rather than just automatically fitting one. I really appreciated him doing this. The new battery was fitted extremely quickly, and my car is in perfect working order again. I am so pleased. Thank you!

Gagandeep arrived within the times specified. Due to the potential difficulties changing glow plugs he took the car away to his workshop. This was always going to be a tricky repair that would either be reasonably quick or worst case scenario it could have been a major problem if the glow plugs had snapped removing them. As I suspected he was not able to complete the work on the day but was back at it on the Monday and returned the vehicle with the replacement plugs installed. Hi Knowledge, his friendlyness and his communication was 1st class. Will use again. This guy deserves a medal.

Scott has explained things well to me, he is coming back on 17th January to complete the work (rebuild head gasket)
