Absolutely 5-star service from start to finish. I had a few concerns about things that might come up during my MOT and they were incredibly friendly, honest, and happy to answer all my questions without ever making me feel silly. As a woman, going to a mechanic can sometimes feel a bit intimidating, especially if you don’t know much about the workings of cars, but I never once felt talked down to or taken advantage of. Everything was explained clearly and genuinely, which made the whole experience really reassuring. My car was picked up exactly at the arranged time and dropped back later that afternoon, which was so convenient. It was also returned nice and clean, which was such a lovely little surprise! I’ll definitely be coming back and using them as my local mechanic from now on. They’re exactly the kind of honest, trustworthy mechanic many of us spend years trying to find. Such lovely people, thank you so much!

Paul was fantastic phoned before he arrived there was a slight mix up on price but no fault of his he replaced my battery within minutes he was polite and explained everything to me highly recommended.
