Brandon is very knowledgeable , and the mechanics of a car seem to have has no secrets for him. Coupled with that, he is quite modest and polite.

I chose ClickMechanic based on a friend’s recommendation. Stefan accepted the booking, but I was disappointed with the diagnostic, which did not address the issues raised at booking. After escalating the matter, ClickMechanic agreed the service had not been delivered as expected and advised a full refund, which Stefan later provided. I would not choose to book Stefan again or recommend him. The only positive was ClickMechanic’s handling of the complaint.

Jason picked up the vehicle on time from my house, I was kept informed at every stage of the repair, and the car was returned on time back at my house with the work completed to a very high standard. Overall Im extremely pleased with carbon pro they have saved me hundreds of pounds off the price quoted by Listers Volvo and completed in half the time. I will definately be using Carbon Pro again.

Mechanic did not know to tell me what type of oil he put in the engine of my car. This is minimum what must know to tell me. He said that he just got the oil - from whom and put it in the car. For 190 GBP service should be better and I 'll never take it this way again.
