very friendly and efficient, has was late for the appointment but did what i expected him to do given the vagaries of diagnosing a Mercedes . No fault of the mechanic but it turns out that running a diagnostic on a Mercedes is not particularly helpful because it is not recognised by Mercedes. This might be a useful caveat to pass on the the customer. I think i know what the fault is, with help from the mechanic, but it has not got me much further.

Originally booked for Monday 23rd March 12 till 2pm, as that was convenient for me. Then had the day changed to Sunday 12 till 2pm. Then on the day, time changed to 1pm to 3pm. Then had to phone Tyson to find out someone else would be coming and not getting here till 4.10pm which ended up being 4.25pm. The mechanic that turned up was actually polite and efficient but unfortunately spoilt by the messing around, i have now had to waste my day waiting in from 12pm. Very annoyed as this was supposed to be convenient for me not stressful. And i couldn't cancel or i would have to pay £20 -£40 for the privilege of being messed around all day. The work was carried out cleanly and efficiently, one car done the other one will be done in the near future. It was so convenient I suspect all our work will be passed to click mechanic.

Tyson did an amazing job replacing my front brake discs and pads, even in terrible weather and late in the evening. Although they arrived a bit later than planned (which understandably was due to prior job and excessive traffic) they kept in good communication and updated me throughout. They were very efficient and just got straight to work without wasting any time. Tyson and Chloe were both friendly and professional. Really impressed with the service and dedication. I would definitely recommend!
