Arrived a little later than expected but that wasn’t a worry. Job was completed very quickly and successfully. Top man would definitely recommend to anyone. Will be using him again

The mechanic sent by Tyson was professional and knowledgable. He was friendly and did multiple things to get the car going, despite being in an area with poor signal.

I had to leave for work shortly after the mechanic arrived, but Tyson called me with the prognosis and gave me the option on if they would reset the codes or not and talked me through the options. I opted for codes to be cleared and the mechanic had taken photos of all the codes and sent them to me for onward repairs. I got home and somehow the car started, so whatever the mechanic did worked wonders and I've had no further issues today. Thank you to Tyson and team.

Only small fault is did not turn up in the allotted 2 hours given period and did not text to say they'd be late, but when messaged replied promptly. I appreciate traffic and other jobs have a knock on affect but a text would have been nice. Despite that a really good service which I would use again and would recommend to others. Read more

I’m sure Tyson is a brilliant mechanic but the service I received wasn’t amazing.

First of all, Tyson double booked and sent his colleague who didn’t have all the information. His colleague came without the necessary equipment. He was polite and by the sounds of it did try his best but clearly wasn’t up to scratch as he didn’t oil the brake pads so I have had to book in with a garage and get it all rectified.

I contacted Tyson saying that the issue with my car wasn’t rectified and he phoned, offering for him to come back and have at look at the issue, however as he laughed at me on the phone and wasn’t at all understanding to why I was annoyed I didn’t trust his work and have gone to another garage.

I will not be using click mechanic again. Read more

I booked a service today to replace the engine oil and filter.
The mechanic (Tyson) arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and carried out the job professionally.
He also checked the car and gave mw useful advice.
The service was efficient, the experience was very convenient.
I am very satisfied and would happily use this service again.
