AĹL THE WORK WAS CARRIED OUT WELL .JUST NO COMMUNICATION .1ST MECHANIC I RUNG WAS DUE BTWEEN 9-AND 11 WHEN I RUNG HE SAID HE HAD ANOTHER JOB TO GO TO WITHOUT INFORMING ME .EVENTUALLY SOMEONE ELSE TURNED UP AT 12.45 NEED MORE COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS OTHERWISE DID A GOOD JOB .AND WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN THANKS

Tyson was excellent. Good communication regarding later arrival, he had a long drive to get here, in an alternative vehicle due to his own being off the road temporarily! New brake discs and pads installed without issue.

Tyson called ro ask if he could arrive early. He kept me up to date of the progress and any issues throughout. He also tested the vehicle and returned it to our driveway. A very polite and professional guy, I would highly recommend him again.

Requested a change in booking time which was OK, but then was 3 1/2 hours late with only one contact call, after he was already very late.

Tyson was an hour late, I called him just after 12 to make sure he was on his way. No communication from him about when to expect him until I reached out.
The report says that road tests were completed, but I am not confident this happened. The car has not moved from it's space, is a road test not completed on a road?

He got the job done but there were lots of inconveniences with the punctuality.
