Luke was honestly a breathe of fresh air. I requested genuine timing belt & water pump parts and he had no issues with that and it only added around £20 to the bill so proves that he’s honest. Communication was 110%. He turned up when he said he would, I was out at work so he just got on with the job. He even put the cover back over the car for me which is much appreciated. He also did a service whilst he was there and the car honestly runs better than ever. He’s definitely gained another customer for life and will be sending family & friends in his direction.
