Luke was good at what he did and let me know what was happening all the way till the job was completed

Luke arrived within the stated time. Assessed the situation with my vehicle, advised that he didn't think that what I had booked in was not the issue. Reassessed the issue, diagnosed with an explanation and have rebooked in for fixing the potential issue.

He was polite and explained everything in terms I could understand.
