If i could give zero stars i would. Extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty. I booked simbarashe to replace my alternator, in arrival he tested my alternator and said there was no issue which was correct, he then told me the problem was that the battery had not been fitted tightly enough and that he had now fixed it and would drive it to test it. He drove the car for 30 minutes and returned and told me the problem was fixed. I was surprised as i had had issues with my battery prior to the installation of this battery so felt there was a bigger underlying cause and discussed this with him about the possibility of needing a stronger battery. He assured me that my car was fixed and i had nothing to worry about. The next day my car was complete dead again and i was unable to use my car for work. I messaged him and did not get any helpful or useful advice. I felt like he just wanted to take my money and get rid of me instead of helping. Luckily a friend offered to look at my car and immediately identified that there was a parasitic drain to the battery and was able to rectify this. I am so disappointed with how i was treated and feel like he took advantage of the fact i am a young women who does not know much about cars. Read more

Simba informed me he was struggling to get part needed. Because of this, i had to change my plans..Not his fault
He informed me he could get part 1st thing Mon AM..and be able to start the job between 8-9am subject to part arriving. At 9am he informed me he was starting the job...by 1030am the job qas complete..even sent pictures to confirm part qas working as it should..
