Simba informed me he was struggling to get part needed. Because of this, i had to change my plans..Not his fault
He informed me he could get part 1st thing Mon AM..and be able to start the job between 8-9am subject to part arriving. At 9am he informed me he was starting the job...by 1030am the job qas complete..even sent pictures to confirm part qas working as it should..

Simba was exceptional. A very friendly. polite and patient technician. He arrived within the time slot and fixed the initial problem. On investigation, it transpires I needed another £360 work. Not my best day ever, but Simba explained everything. He went off to get the parts and arrived later in the day when he said he would. I would recommend Simba again, great mechanic and thoroughly knowledgeable. If needed-I would definitely call him again. Simba also made sure I drove the car round the block to test everything was fine and I had no problems. Thoroughly recommend this mechanic.
