Chris was fantastic. He sent a text on the day of the appointment, talked me through the issue before starting work and showed me the old parts once he had finished. It was raining heavily and he even made sure I didn't have to stand outside for too long.

He did a forced regeneration which got my reading down from 79%-32% but DPF light back on the Next day..
