The guy who was seeing me was Rayan but he send his coworker (Josh). Anyway he was good and give me some good advice and I was really happy and satisfied with his job.

Ryan was excellent, booked a prepurchase inspection and carried out a detailed report.

The overall inspection of the car was described as good, and I was told that the bodywork was in good condition. However, several issues were missed during the assessment. There was a noticeable scuff on the front near side, running from the bumper to the rear of the passenger door, which had gone through the lacquer. Additionally, there were two dents on the rear near side quarter panel that were not noted. A chip on the windscreen was also overlooked. While the report was generally positive, I was disappointed that these clear and visible issues were not picked up. Communication over the phone was great apart from missing out the condition of the bodywork.

Ryan said my clutch is OK, but my car gear box has problem. I use recovery company to transform my car to Top Gear company in liverpool. The Top Gear company say that car clutch is bad, Gear box is OK. Ane replace a clutch is £750.

I expected Ryan but he was a different person . He finished a full service within an hour. I wonder if it was thorough enough.
