All good, cracked on with the job with no dramas and in bad weather too. Happy with the job and car has now passed its MOT re-test.

Andrew was punctual and dud the diagnosic on no start unfortunately the car i have just bought is knackered was advised to try and get a refund as it could be a money pit i am thankful for his honestly

Josh from RG Auto's arrived on time and was very please with the work carried out. Would absolutely use service again.

Ryan was brilliant, communicated everything. When he was arriving, showed the parts that were needed replacing. Very happy.

Mechanic was friendly and explained issues fully. Took photographs of engine to show me the fault. He seemed very thorough and took his time.

The mechanic came on time and gave me a call afterward with some brief details. I was promised I would receive the full report on the same day between 4 and 5 pm. I had booked this specific day as I needed the full report on this day to make an informed decision on purchasing a car. I did not receive any report till over 24 hours later, just before 8pm the following day. I havent even bothered to look at the report as it is no longer of any use! This made this entire transaction completely pointless as I missed the timeframe of being able to finalise on the vehicle. For a £240 premium service this has been absolutely awful. I have contacted them by email to address this, however I still have not had a response and it has been over 6 days. Disgusting. Read more
