I booked collection/MOT/service. Car was picked up in time. I was communicated with throughout. There were a couple of advisories but no pressure to get them done on the day. Reasonable quote sent for the additional work. I would use them again and without doubt I will next year.

Honda CR-V Catalytic converter replacement

Not happy with the work done the price from the original quote went up by £60 for a catalyctic converter change. They also failed my MOT on parts that was fine and wanted to charge me £500 to replace them. I had to go to another garage for a second opinion and a legit MOT test.

I met Andrew today when he collected my car to do my brakes he was very friendly and on time gave the car a good look over before he took it was away for a couple of hours than an excellent job returned it was very courteous and polite was very happy with the job and we'll certainly use them again and recommend them to others

All the arrangements went smoothly. Daniel let me know what extra needed doing and the cost, and it was all completed in a timely way. I’m very happy with what was done. I’m also very appreciative of the service as a whole as I was worried about getting the MOT done when I wasn’t able to drive. Would definitely recommend.

The service I received was excellent. From the communication to the work complete, the information shared about the work being carried out, and the driver was very helpful as well. Despite needing to collect my car a little later than planned, the communication was excellent and very sincere. I would absolutely recommend Daniel and the team.
