The service I received was excellent. From the communication to the work complete, the information shared about the work being carried out, and the driver was very helpful as well. Despite needing to collect my car a little later than planned, the communication was excellent and very sincere. I would absolutely recommend Daniel and the team.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Green Lane Motors contacted me on Sunday afternoon to fix my car on the Monday. They called me throughout the day to keep me updated and were really polite and knowledgeable. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Brilliant service and would really recommend.

Really good service and communication from the moment the job was accepted up to the point of the car being returned. I was called, asked some basic questions about my act and it was explained how the team work, the communication was 10/10 and they kept me updated every step of the way!

As a courtesy, the car was given a clean. This again is an outstanding job and the car is as shiny as it was the day I collected the car. Thank you for the service :)

I'm delighted with the whole experience. Excellent communication inspired trust and confidence and the car has never driven so nicely or looked so clean.

I am happy with the work carried, however I would like an invoice for the work done to on my car file. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what else need to be done.

I find using a platform unnerving as I had no idea where my car was, it was taken away and brought back. I had to press for the car to come back as my husband is critically ill in hospital and I needed to get to him. I’s sorry if I was agitated but I felt very cut off. The garage were very good and I have further work to be done which I will arrange for next week when I have an idea of my week.

Good communication, brakes replaced in good time and they even cleaned the car inside and out
