Got my car picked up from home on time. I was sent pictures of the service as it progressed which I really liked.

The car was dropped off and also cleaned inside and out.

Mechanic was friendly and communicated everything clearly. On the day of pick up there was a delay, but i was kept upto date.
Had to return the vehicle following day. A rattling noise had developed. Reported it to mechanic, took car in and everything was checked over. Cause found and rectified, unrelated to work carried out.
Overall, very pleased with service given. Would recommend.

BMW 5 Series Backplate replacement - front (passenger side)

The car was taken to the garage no problem with that but then they have advised that they damaged the break pad sensor has when removing the back plate and for some reason this is my fault or the previous mechanic's fault and they quoted the price for wire replacement. They have replaced the part requested but I am not sure they've replaced the break fluid as it shows the same warning in the dash. If j could leave 0 stars I would have done so.

We are sorry to hear that Mr Durin Gribincea feels dissatisfied with his recent visit regarding his BMW 5 Series 2.0L Diesel 2014 (Reg: AF14 AXN). We would like to clarify a few important points.
Firstly, at no stage have we blamed Mr Gribincea or any previous mechanic for the damage found. Once any vehicle enters our premises, our standard protocol is to carry out a full inspection before commencing work. As part of this process, we take photographic evidence of the vehicle’s condition before and after repairs, which was provided.
During the inspection of the above vehicle, we identified that the OSF back plate was damaged and that the NSF brake pad sensor wire had also been damaged as a result of contact with the back plate.
We video called Mr Gribincea at the time to clearly explain and show the damage before proceeding any further. A follow-on quotation for the required wiring repair was sent in order to resolve the issue correctly.
Regarding the brake fluid, this was replaced as requested and photographic evidence of the completed work was also provided. The warning light currently displayed on the dashboard is related to the damaged brake pad sensor, not the brake fluid. The light will remain illuminated until the sensor issue is rectified.
Our aim is always to be transparent, professional and thorough in our work. We remain willing to resolve this matter and complete the necessary repair as per the quotation already provided. Please contact us directly so we can bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
