Patson was very friendly. Contacted me several times to let me know how repairs were going.

Patson did a wonderful job replacing brake pads, brake discs and also a major service to my car. He also did a diagnostic check and gave me great advice and information regularly to keep me informed as work progressed. Patson is a lovely man with great knowledge and experience and i would highly recommend him for any work required.

My mechanic, Patson came to me the same day within a couple of hours of me looking into Click Mechanic. He was very understanding of how I was reliant on my car for my job and keeping me independent. Patson is a very friendly, happy guy and was lovely to speak to. He didn't treat me like a neurotic woman (like some of them in garages). I knew my car needed a new clutch as my car had been in my local garage waiting to get fixed, (but they'd left it on the street for 10 days and didn't bother with it). Patson, test-drove my car and agreed it needed a clutch so we discussed prices which I felt were quite reasonable, and once he checked he had the part he told me exactly what day he'd be able to fix it. Patson drove my car away and let me know he got home safely as I was worried he might break down. I cannot fault this guy in any way as he told me what day my car would be fixed and he kept his word.

Patson worked very hard on my car and cleaning it all up, and he checked it over to make sure everything else was OK (this gave me tonnes for my peace of mind). And as promised, Patson fixed my car and brought her safely back to me.

When dropping my car off, Patson let me know some bits and bobs about my car and I thought this was great service as he took an interest in wanting to keep my car safe as she's a lovely car to drive. Patson's extremely knowledgeable about cars and explained everything in terms I understood. His manner was courteous, he was very polite and I felt safe chatting with him.

I will ask for Patson again for all my other jobs that will need doing as he's a super mechanic and takes a real zest and pride in his work.

I'd recommend Patson to everyone as he's a very reliable, honest hard working bloke, and an awesome mechanic.

Patson comes across as a gentle softly spoken man. He let me know when he would arrive and responded immediately when I asked when he’d bring the car back. I’ve never sent my car away for servicing before and was a bit anxious about the process but wouldn’t hesitate to use this service, and Patson, again.

Patson was great. He turned up to pick up the car when he said he would and carried out the work to a great standard. He came and dropped off the car as arranged. I would recommend him as a mechanic.

Patson was very helpful. He phoned us an hour in advance about his exact arrival time (which was within the two hour slot we had been given originally) both for pick up and drop off of the car (24 hours later, so it was all done within one day). He did the job that needed to be done so the car passed its MOT (which it did). He was very friendly and also gave us some general advice for the maintenance of the car.

Patson was very helpful and informative during the process and showed great knowledge.
