Karolis is a cool headed and organised engineer who has the time for people while doing an excellent job. I thought it was the end for my car but Karolis brought it back from the dead.

Karolis at KSK Motors was brilliant. Friendly, helpful, patient in explaining the nature of the problem with my car and the remedy. I felt comfortable trusting him to do the job (Clutch replacement). It's early days yet as the work was only done two days ago but so far everything seems perfect and I'm very satisfied with his work so far.

FEEDBACK FOR CLICKMECHANIC - One complaint. I booked a clutch replacement, because my clutch was very worn. When booking out this work, ClickMechanic should have included (or at least presented the option to include) the replacement of the flywheel as well in the quote. As a layman, I expected a new clutch would be an entire new clutch system. (I only learned about the need to replace both clutch and flywheel at the same time AFTER the booking was made and the price accepted.) So now, I've had a new clutch installed but without the flywheel as well this might be only a temporary fix and I'll need the job doing all over again in the nearish future in order to replace the flywheel, which will cost me at least the same amount again in a year or two. Bit annoyed about that. A customer always prefers to hear "That's already included" than "That's extra mate". Read more

I discovered I had an issue with my screen washer fluid system the afternoon before going on a big road trip. I was able to book my car in within minutes and 4 hours after the discovery had taken it in, had it diagnosed, a part ordered, delivered, fitted, and I was on my way home.

All in all great service, and I really wasn't expecting to be able to get it fixed same day.

Easy, just drop of my car for a new starter motor, told 2 hours and when I returned car was ready to go. All good and no fuss., recommended.
