Mechanic was friendly enough but work carried out is not acceptable in my opinion. When I pay for a major service the least I expect is the washer fluid and coolant to be filled. As this has not happened I’m now questioning whether the service has even been carried out so I may need to go and get another service at my expense. This is not good enough and I will not be using this site again.

Samir was fantastic, experienced mechanic and provided me a video all the way through, communication was constant and transparency was fantastic. I needed my car picked up and dropped off before a certain time and Samir delivered and exceeded that request.

l did say that the oil (that l overfilled) had only been done very recently ( two days ) , he insisted that the overflow was causing serve white smoke coming from the rear , this is serve white smoke that only happens every few days .He was insistent that the overflow caused this . I strongly doubt this .
