Jake was good , I was away working but we spoke on the phone and he talked me through what was wrong and what he was doing .

Jack the mechanic arrived promptly and telephoned me enroute. He had the required parts and fitted them, explaining and discussing with me at putting me at ease great service would highly recommend ,will us again.

Jack was polite and very professional, explaining things as he did the job.
