Jack must be the best of the best. I am somewhat elderly, still with most of my faculties and mobility , but with a tendency to panic if the car is being troublesome. This was the case when Jack came on the scene. In no time I was assured that all would be well and it was. Jack has an authorative but pleasant manner that put me at ease immediately. This guy knows what he is talking about. I thought I`d be without the car for days, but I wasn`t. Fast, efficient and friendly. Got the job done in record time and had the patience to explain everything as he went.

He was polite and punctual. I gave him the prognosis that another mechanic had given me as it's hard to tell what's wrong without a garage setting.
I heard nothing for a couple pf weeks, so I sent messages and I received a quote for fixing it. I wrote back both on Click mechanic and on what's app with a question about the quote and I never heard back. So after another couple of weeks, I tried to prompt a response, 3 months later ...nothing. Sadly I have lost £90.00 with nothing to show for it so naturally I can't review the site well and once I have been exploited, I lose trust and won't re-engage. I hope that it is just an isolated case as I am sure there are many happy customers, just I wasn't one of them. Read more

Carried out the inspection quickly, identified problem and booked to complete in 2 days time - 4 days from initial booking.

Jack has been absolutely amazing with the work on my car, I would highly recommend him to anyone. Bonus point for the clear communication!

10/10 definitely be using again ,quick as well as on time, communication was 10/10 so was the work done to my car
