Jack was really friendly, service was quicker than expected! Would definitely use Jack again

Jack came much earlier than I anticipated and carried out the tricky starter motor replacement quietly and efficiently without fuss. Excellent service, will use this company all the time, they come to you at a time of your choosing, keep you updated and confident that the work is going to be successfully completed.

Jack was excellent, very friendly and knowledgable. He was very quickly able to diagnose the fault with my car and explained exactly what it meant and how it was impacting the vehicle. Sadly I’m unable to afford the repair at this time but will get in touch when I can ( Hyundai parts are 20 times the cost of other cars ).
I felt very comfortable dealing with Jack and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Jack was absolutly brilliant. He understood the problem, took the time necessary to fix it and also offered some useful advice for long term resolution for what is a 'known issue' for my car. He also spoke in simple non mechanic terms, which was lovely, i am not a mechanic and he explained in ways that i could understand.
