Quick and without a fuss, he did everything that needed doing, with a cheery tune. It's really nice to see people enjoying the jobs as well as being competent at them.

Jack was great.
On time, fast and very helpful.

This is more detail as form wont submit without it.

Jack has been transparent and friendly from the start, instantly found the issue and has kept amazing communication throughout the process which has brought reassurance and understanding from a less knowledgeable background in mechanics. I would be happy to receive Jack's mechanical advice and assistance again in the future.

No complaints, solid work and talked me through it. Helped me to understand the problem.

Jack arrived on time and got straight to work and was able to not only duiagnose the problem but order and fit the damaged part. My car feels back to normal and quieter now the rattle has gone. Quick efficient and accurate.
