Jack was left high and dry with the wrong parts being ordered and then saying they can’t get the part and cancelled the job. Very poor service by click mechanics. Very quick to take your money but customer service was poor from them, jack dis try his best

Jack was very knowledgable and honest with what needed doing, was prepared and bought an extra part in case was needed to save a further visit, this part wasnt required in the end.
