Jack arrived in great time after messaging me his arrival time, did the work quickly and was respectful - I was working and had an important meeting, he was courteous, only waving to get my attention at the window (as agreed) when he was finished and I saw him out. Highly recommend.

Not good, I asked for brake disc and pad replacement, he arrived, took 30 mins to look then told me a caliper had frozen and the price was £710 to repair but he could do it for £650 direct. I ordered the parts for £150 and did it myself (took 2 hours) then got Halfords to sort out the brake fluid for £40. I’m not a mechanic but YouTube had some great guides.

Absolutely excellent, arrived on time, completed the work quickly and pointed out a couple of areas which will probably need work in the near future, couldn't fault him.

I'm very happy, I havnt driven the car yet but got what I feel was an honest appraisal of the condition of the car.
