Jack had done a perfect job changing my heater matrix. I was monitoring the coolant over a couple of weeks - no leak. He answered all my calls and was punctual. I highly recommend him.

Jack was excellent and diagnosed the problem within minutes, my engine had recently been replaced and there was a new alternator fitted which has failed. He went above and beyond my expectations by inspecting the recent refit, he pointed out many problems, advising me on the best course of action to take with the garage that had done the job. He also made himself available to them should they wish to discuss his findings. It is clear to me that the REME trained him well and are probably missing him! A very likeable chap. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
