Jack was punctual, he responded to my text messages prior to the appointment explaining the situation. He was also extremely efficient as well as polite. Got me on the road again within an hour of his arrival.

Identified the fault very quickly and gave me a reasonable quote to fix the issue on site. Was very happy

Jack was amazing, even though they were about 8 hours late (not his fault - fire in the new Forest) comms was great, and completed all the work Even though it was pitch black when he finished with a torch on his head, I felt terrible but had to have it done as the MOT was next day. I will 100% use him again, good job 👍🏻

I have recently had a few bad experiences with local garages, so was a little worried it would be a repeat. But i had nothing to fear. Jack arrived well within time, was super friendly, handled my dumb questions with no sign of frustration, he carried out the work booked for and had no issues providing evidence of the work for my warranty company. Gave advice, was very knowledgable. Would highly reccomend to anybody and Jack is now my go to mechanic (sorry Jack, lol)
