Jack was extremely helpful on the initial consultation, collection of old parts and installation of new parts. Super knowledgeable whilst also being able to explain what was wrong in terminology I could understand. I would happily use ClickMechanic again, and would be more than happy to request Jack again - thank you to himself, his partner and well wishes to his dogs!
