Jack is a great bloke, turned up on time, managed to do all the work required. Unfortunately the next day we had issues.
He gave a partial refund which is nice but it was a great shame the work wasn’t complete. We have now got the van in a garage and it’s going to be an expensive job to repair.
Jack is a great guy and I would recommend him, I am not sure what went wrong here, not great for us.

Not really sure as he already knew what the issue with, but when it became apparent that it was too much of a job for him he advised that he couldnt help me any more. Just a shame it cost £111 to be told he couldnt help anymore as it appears to be too involved without the right tools. The high cost for a diagnostic assessment for no return is the most disappointing. Nothing against the mechanic. I would struggle to recomend the service as I dont feel it represent s value for money.

Jack was excellent. He carried out the work required to a good standard, was polite and answered all of my questions regarding the issue. He had good communications throughout, despite arriving slightly late, but he kept me up to date on his progress. Highly recommended!

Jack arrived near the start of the 2 hour window, and cracked straight on despite the heat(wave). Car feels much better (lower control arms replaced). Convenient service, would use again.

Mechanic was friendly, quick and knew exactly what they were doing. Had notification may be late. And called when arrived, got straight on with the job.

Jack did a great job. Changed the pads and discs in no time. So impressed how easy it was to get the work done without having to leave my car in a garage all day. Will 100% recommend to friends and family
